For the past twenty years, Stewart has been shooting dramatic editorial and commercial fashion/lifestyle and travel photography, working closely with prestigious publications such as W Magazine, Conde Nast Traveler and Travel & Leisure. Stewart’s sense of moment is what makes his images striking and timeless. He is credited with bringing the beautiful fashion girl to the ordinary travel story, pioneering a popular editorial travel approach. In 2000, Stewart had his first solo show at the Robin Rice Gallery in New York City where he continues to show and is currently a part of the gallery’s classic Summer Group Show. He has also shown with the Conde Nast Traveler group show. Stewart is an accomplished surfer and shot the “Surfing in Indonesia” story in the July 2006 issue of W Magazine.
